What does it cost?
Nothing to join and nothing to list — that part is permanent. During the launch window the Zola Business AI suite is also free, and commission is R0 until Bouul brings you a customer. After that, a flat 8% applies only to bookings that came through Bouul.
What counts as Bouul bringing me a customer?
A booking made through Bouul discovery, search, or a customer invite link. If the customer is yours — your regulars, your WhatsApp contacts, your walk-ins — you keep 100%, always.
Do I need a registered company?
No. Informal traders, sole proprietors, and registered businesses are all welcome. You can register a company later whenever it makes sense for you — Bouul supports you either way.
What do I have to do to keep founding status?
Stay published and responsive: keep your services and hours current, and answer booking requests. Dormant listings lose the badge and perks — active founding vendors keep them for life.
How many founding vendors are there?
The programme is capped at the first 500 published vendors in our launch cities. After that, standard pricing applies to newcomers.
